Comments Thread For: UFC's Ronda Rousey Gives Full Support To Hovhannisyan

Mixed martial arts fighter Ronda Rousey is never one to shy away from a fight. She has proven it in the cage as she lands elbows, roundhouse kicks, or when she applies her signature arm-bar submission move.

However, the attractive 26 year old has a vested interest in the boxing game, especially when someone she trains with is involved in a big fight.

Unbeaten super featherweight Art Hovhannisyan, who trains alongside Rousey, will fight Alejandro Perez in a scheduled 10 round bout on Friday night at the Morongo Casino Resort and Spa in Cabazon, CA.

The biggest fight for Rousey is vs Cyborg but that man-chick got popped for roids. Not sure if it will ever happen now.

Looking forward to seeing her this weekend. I have Rousey, Henderson, Fabor, Neer and Koscheck winning.

However outside of the Rousey fight, they are a tossup. Best UFC fight card in a long time. UFC is on fire with GSP on deck with a potential fight with Jones and Silva.

If you don't know who Rousey is, check her out. Check out the Family Guy clip of "2 girls, 1 arm bar"..... lol Cracks me up every time.

I hope Rousey loses, so Dana will stop shoving her down our throats.

"She's more popular than Brock Lesnar!"

Bahahaha, I would love to see her get 1.6 million PPV buys like Brock.

Only time Lesnar dipped under a mil was when he was pretty much done with MMA, and people knew he wasn't the real deal.

Exactly. They're hyping up Ronda by throwing in the weakest can they can possibly find. WTF. That's like throwing Floyd, a worse version of Paulie Malinaggi.

this is a joke right? your using a source in wikipedia to prove a number from a private company which has the power to put out to the public any number they choose because they face no repercussion from shareholders or any type of investor.

I have been informed by Kevin Iole and Dave Meltzer mma insiders that the numbers floating around in the media about what the buyrate is for these cards is inflated. Believe what you want but check these out and it may give u a different perspective about what you hear the numbers are.

Floyd Mayweather's PPV buys started a war of words between rival promoters.

Why is Quinton Jackson on a “Rampage” about leaving UFC? According to the ex-champ, his employer has been lying about how many pay-per-views it sells, either to inflate its position in the media -- or to shortchange its fighters.

Ronda is ducking the hell out of Cyborg. She wants that Freddie Roach draining technique.

That's why I loved Carano she didn't give a **** she just wanted to fight.

The UFC has been bribing the **** out of everyone to promote Ronda. Looks like boxingscene isn't above paid for articles either.
