It kind of sucks that it would happen two weights above where it should have happened, but I still want it.

    mares.

on the weight, they'd still be in their primes leading up to the fight, even if it's at 118. it wouldn't bother me too much. these are two big guys that are outgrowing these divisions.

They're not outgrowing them, they're being told to go up for bigger and better things

I want him to stay at 122 permanently and forever unless he has trouble making that weight. He should have no trouble staying at 122 because he is 30 years old and is not going to grow at that age. Why make things harder on himself by fighting over his natural weight to face bigger, harder hitting fighters. Stay at 122 and beat all comers the way Hagler and Monzon did at did at 160. He should fight Abner Mares next if that fight can be made.

Donaire-Mares is the fight at this weight class to be made. I got Donaire if anybody wants to bet on the Rigo or Mares (if it happens) fights.

Nonito Donaire has the body to move up to atleast 130. 126 to 130 would be his natural weight. The scary thing is that as he gets bigger, his left hook and straight right will be that much more powerful.

Mijares because the mexican fanbase will make the fight a draw or I want him to fight Lopez first at 126 so he can get use to the weight.
I'd like to see him move up in weight to be honest.

youre only looking at the posssible poitive things , how do you know his speed will still be there..he is tall but even at 122 he's already looking like a chubby skinny fighter.. not a good sign he can go up that high and be as effective..

I'm surprised nobody wants him to fight Cristian Mijares. He's mexican so you know he will bring fans to the fight and great ppv views. Mijares is a good fighter, he just knocked out Rafael Marquez to win his 11th straight fight. Mijares would be a tough test for Nonito Donaire.

If he beat the 2, mares will not be needed in his resume. U think Mares will try a Gamboa fight?
