Former EBU champion Kiko Martinez (27-4, 19KOs) could make a speedy return after suffering his first knockout loss last Saturday in Belfast, when he was stopped in nine rounds by Carl Frampton. According to members of the boxer's team, Martinez could return on April 27th as part of the undercard to Sergio Martinez vs. Martin Murray at Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Kiko is promoted by Sergio Martinez.
