Comments Thread For: Braehmer vs. Gutknecht Early Results From Berlin

23-year old British cruiserweight Deion Jumah (1-0, 1 KO) made a devastating professional debut, knocking out Lithuanian Ruslan Bitarov (now 2-6-1, 2 KOs) with a single left hook to the liver with seconds remaining in the first round. Jumah (22-1, 13 KOs as an amateur), an alumnus of the famous Dale Youth Amateur Boxing Club and a two-time ABAE champion, will be back in a week against Ukrainian trialhorse Igor Pylipenko (3-12-2) in Denmark.

Yep i agree. Braehmer banked many of the early rounds and even won a round 10 - 8 for a point taken off for holding. The only reason Gutknecht started winning rounds late on was because Braehmer was a little bit gassed and outworked him.

Obviously, we have seen different fights with you, guys. In (Soviet) Russia, little-to-zero fans saw it as a win for Braehmer. 117-110 and 116-111 scores indicate tha the result was well pre-set way before the final result was announced.
