    Any ballsy amateur fighters?

It seems to me that with the amateur scoring system and rules, it heavily favors a specific style: outboxers. People who use long range punches tend to have cleaner looking hits and are in less danger than people who have to close their way in, possibly taking hits on the way.

So are there any successful aggressive/swarming fighters like Mike Tyson in the amateurs?

I'm also interested in hearing this.

If I'm not mistaken Ams are getting rid of head gear and going to a 10 point must system. That's really going to help in developing ams, and will make for some really exciting fights due to there not being many rounds.

There is a Lithuanian who fits that description perfectly.

Evaldas Petrauskas is his name, go search on YT.

They both fight tomorrow in WSB. Gvozdyk and Usyk are very good fighters but they're not swarmers, fairly aggressive though.

TS yes there are lots. More of the top amateurs have aggressive pro styles than point oriented amateur ones.

Khytrov - Very skilled, very heavy handed slugger. World Champion.

Berinchyk - Swarmer with a sluggers power. World and Olympic Silver.

Nistor - Swarming power puncher, southpaw, Romania. Gets utterly robbed here.
