Undefeated featherweight prospect Victor Fonseca (19-0, 7 KO's), who saw his rising career was halted three years ago, could return the ring on a Universal Promotions card in February, according to reports. Fonseca has been inatcive since a Showtime televised controversial TKO victory over Al Seeger in 2009. Fonseca is waiting to get the full medical approval of Puerto Rico's Professional Boxing Commission.
