  • Comments Thread For: W. Klitschko: Haye Needs Us To Be Relevant, Earn Money

IBF/WBO/IBO/WBA heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (58-3, 50KOs), who continues to train for a November 10th defense in Hamburg against Mariusz Wach (27-0, 15KOs), laughed at the recent attempt by David Haye to further himself in the WBO rankings.

At the WBO's recent convention in Florida, the oganization discussed whether Haye, Denis Boytsov or Seth Mitchell should be chosen for a mandatory shot at Wladimir in 2013. No final decision was made.

I just tell it as I see it. As the biggest Wlad fan in the WORLD, I'm ashamed to read this, he doesn't want anything to do with Haye with 10 good toes.....

What Wvlad says is true. Haye needs to stay relevant instead of hoping a Klitschko brother will take pity on him and offer a final payday.

Had his effort been abit better last time public demand might force the fight to happen given lack of other contenders but Hayes display was equally as poor as the Thomspons/Rahmans etc who have turned up in Germany looking to surive.

After all the talk from Haye the way he fought was pretty disgraceful. People would much rather prefer he go out swinging rather than accepting a loss on points especially if he wanted to get a rematch.

This dude is crazy! Haye made £10m for Audley, £20m for him and £7m for Chisora. Also made £3-4m for Ruiz. Enzo made him a lot of money as well. Haye could fight anyone and make the same money as the bore snore klitschkhos. If Haye is not relevant, why do they keep talking? Why has Vitali repeatedly come out and said he wants to KO him? Why did they offer him a fight when he was fighting Chisora? The klitschkhos need him to get people excited, not the other way around. It was pathetic to see their remarks about Haye-Chisora - when they were just jealous that the fight made more headlines in the buildup than Wlad's fights with Mormeck and then Tony Thompson. No one cares about these guys - get out and make our blueribbon division interesting.

Umm Chisora. Haye lost to Wlad, and that has nothing to do with Vitali. Vitali got roughed by Chisora, and the display Haye put on against a guy, DEMANDED an instant fight with Vitali. There is no one else for them to fight, that can challenge them. Haye is the abolute best option out there. Once Haye did what he did to Chsora, Vitali should have been rushing to fight him. These guys got so many excuses. Charr deserves a fight but Haye doesnt? Sounds like a ***ed duck to me.

Haye could make a lot more than the Klitschkos combined if he wanted to.

Not only would attract a lot of attention over here, the Americans would really take to him too. He should've pursued fights with the American contenders whilst remaining active and he'd be rolling in it now.

Why doesn't Haye make the fight with Arreola who is ranked no.1 contender with the WBC, beat him and make himself the madatory challenger for Vitali's belt?
