WBO junior welterweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez (54-6-1, 39KOs) is planning to come in at 143, 144-pounds for his fourth fight with Manny Pacquiao (54-4-2, 38KOs) on December 8th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Marquez weighed 142 for his third meeting with Pacquiao last November, when the Mexican champion lost a disputed twelve round majority decision.
