David Haye has rebuffed an offer to face Tyson Fury in Belfast on December 1 to enjoy a holiday in Jamaica and believes that the former Irish champion should settle his domestic differences with David Price, rather than calling him out.

I think he's the best heavyweight in the UK & have nothing bad to say about him (or any other boxer brave enough to get in the ring with a man several weight divisions above him).

I really don't get this 'hatred' & 'disrespect' supposed fans have for boxers nowadays.

It seems to me that ever since the Wladimir fight many boxers have come forward and bashed Haye. Usually fans bash boxers, but other boxers to just gang up on one person is hilarious imo. You have the brothers bullying him, Chisora calling him an embarrassment, James Toney calling him 'gay', Arreola making fun of him, Fury calling him a *****. It's like one after another.

Haye avoids a rematch with Wladimir, and he doesn't want to take a chance against a strong young HW like Fury.

He makes 5 million for Vitali & (possibly) wins the World title (and also beats a tough tough man who's only ever lost on injuries) or makes 1 million for Fury (at most) and beats a prospect best known for punching himself in the face. And I am a fan of Fury. Just business. He's at a different level. Let Tyson & Price fight.
