Promoter Frank Warren has announced two big championship fights for the undercard that features WBO World Light-Heavyweight Champion Nathan Cleverly in the main event. The card takes place on the 27th of October at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena. Cleverly headlines with the third defence of his title against dangerous Ukrainian Vyatcheslav Uzelkov

Can't Macaroni and his pasta chin just do himself a favour and quit the sport? I mean, really, you tried, you came up short, and you've lost all your punch resistance. It's not coming back.

Witter vs Gavin is somewhat interesting though, just because it'll be great to see the big mouth quitter finally exorcised from the sport. On the flip side, if by some miracle Gavin doesn't take it seriously and gets beat, Witter could resurrect his hopes of a fight with Hatton.

Macca is going down to 175...

The guy may be past it but he can still enjoy some success at domestic level, although the knockouts he's suffered should make him seriously consider retirement.

Witter doesn't do much for Gavin except pose an awkward challenge with his style. He may have a win of Lynes but Witter is way past it now and Gavin is talented enough to be frying bigger fish. However, after his fight with Woodhouse I guess Warren had to re-consider the path he was going to take for Gavin.

To me, only one big fight has been announced and that's the Gavin-Witter fight. Macca-McKenzie holds no relevance whatsoever and I'm hoping that this doesn't mean the rest of the card is going to be dire.

Surprised Enzo is gonna continue especially against opposition like this. The Frankie/Witter scrap is interesting though.

                Nice card.

I thought Witter would hold out for a payday vs one of the Hatton brothers but he is probably going to lose to Gavin so that will be their excuse never to fight him.

Shame for Nathan fighting a guy nobodies ever heard of so its hard to look forward to his fight. Even if its a washed up name he gets next I just hope the name is recognisable.

Enzo picked the wrong guy to comeback against. We are all set for another Frenkel/Afolabi type sensational KO in this one. Mckenzie is dangeorus despite his record. He has found his form and last time out Enzo almost got stopped in 1 round by a guy who cant punch. Not senseible match making. Frank Warrens has obviously thrown Enzo to the wolves

Smart move by Macca. If he keeps moving down in weight he might get to a level where the punches won't kayo him

He & Jamie McDonnell would be a cracking match up.

                    That's exactly what I thought.

                    I'll put money on this.

                    Ovill is a big hitter.
