IBF Championship Committe Chairman Lindsey Tucker told BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard "we have not officially approved this fight because we still don't have the contracts. However, the Promoter, Zanfer Promotions has started the travel arrangements for the officials so I think they will provide the signed contracts."
