Comments Thread For: Arum: MSG No Longer Option for Tim Bradley 12/15 Fight

Top Rank CEO Bob Arum informed BoxingScene.com Friday afternoon that the proposed Dec. 15 date for welterweight titlist Tim Bradley will no longer take place at New York City’s Madison Square Garden Theater.

“We tried to make the fight there initially, but it turns out it’s already booked for another show, so we’re looking at other places now,” said Arum, who did not specify any backup venues as of yet. [Click Here To Read More]

Ruslan would be an extremely soft touch for Bradley. Casamayor is the only other soft touch Bradley has fought since beating Witter for the 140 strap. Maybe u can throw Abregu in there as well in that test the waters at 47 fight. Zab Judah would be a much tougher fight than Ruslan and the Peterson rematch would go down the same way the first fight did. I was hoping for Berto vs Bradley but it looks like Berto has a dance with K9 already. Its a shame Bradley scores a win against Pac and will most likely end up with a low reward high risk fight in December. All the decent top rank fighters are tied up and only golden boy fighters are available. doesn't look good for bradley imo.

I wouldn't the Provo fight. Could be fun. Tim should win but Provo his dangerous with is power.

Timmy can target a bigger fight after.

Bradley whooped Peterson's ass, there's no need for a rematch. Provodnikov doesn't deserve the fight. I don't see why Judah was declined.
