VADA is a for-profit company. They have (or will soon have) shareholders.

Nice to know that Conte has no role. But it wont work only using him as a consultant. There need to be others.

Given Tyler Hamilton's new book regarding PED's and cycling, I must say that it is becoming increasingly apparant, that those genuinely wanting a clean sport are fighting a losing battle. There's simply too much money involved and too many parties with interest in covering up.

I am not optimistic at all I'm afraid.
