The best fighter by far that Clev has fought was what is essentially a novice pro in Tony Bellew.

Bellew is decent but that can't be right for a champ with successful defenses to his name. It's actually worse than Ricky Hatton's WBU reign of terror.

I have seen Clev fight at least 8 times and honestly couldn't form a judgement on how good he is or isn't.

And I'm surprised B-Hop turned down Cleverly. Would have been a good opportunity to break his own record for oldest man to win a world title and take another young fighter's O.
I didn't say right now. Just eventually.

Why the hell not? It'd be a big domestic showdown, and Froch could snag a belt in another weight class to add to his accolades.
I'd like to think that Froch recognises that winning a paper title off of an unproven belt holder in a new weight class is one of those pointless 'achievements' that don't really matter. The whole thing has been pretty much devalued imo.

My guess would be that they made him a ****** offer, asking him to come to Wales and get paid less than he usually does.

I would fight him for £5,000 no questions asked.

              Justice from what exactly?

Haha, Hearn openly admitting they want no part of Cleverly. He's like an anti-promoter. And for good reason; though Froch is way more credible, he'd likely lose to Clev - Nathan's bigger, just as physically strong and is way busier. Froch isn't going to knock him out, so he'd likely get outworked. A loss to a fighter pretty much unknown in America right now knocks a hell of a lot of luster off the Froch name.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. So far, Cleverly's done f#ck all to justify a fight with Froch.

In order for you to actually be considered as intelligent, first ask an intelligent question. Pointlessly smug attempts at humour, only serve to give yourself away as yet another ignoramus.

This seems like the exact same situation froch found himself in with Calzaghe. Only thing diff is that the roles are reversed
