The Everglades Hotel will host Ireland’s rising amateur boxing stars of the future on Sunday, September 16th, when a “Young Ireland” Selection will take on Scotland in the first international of its kind ever to be staged in Derry.
The event, organized by the Irish Amateur Boxing Association, will be hosted by the local Oakleaf Boxing Club as part of its 20th anniversary celebrations.
In fact, Ireland’s Director of Boxing, Mr. Dom O’Rourke, has included a host of Irish champions for the Derry event having also confirmed that Derry will be well represented in the Irish squad. [Click Here To Read More]
