Comments Thread For: Ulli Wegner: Arthur Abraham Is A Level Above Stieglitz

Arthur Abraham (34-3, 27 KOs) is reaching for a super-middleweight world championship.

After two unsuccessful quests - fights against Carl Froch in November 2010 and Andre Ward in May 2011 - he is now aiming to get it right in his third attempt. In order to get the title, the former middleweight champion who climbed up to number one in the WBO rankings, has to take out current WBO super middleweight champ Robert Stieglitz (42-2, 23 KOs).

Coach Ulli Wegner gave his views on the upcoming fight at the O2 World Arena in Berlin, Germany. [Click Here To Read More]

The winner of this one really needs to fight Brian Magee or Thomas Oosthuizen next!

Abraham will be able to land his shots against this guy and his power will prove too much for Stieglitz who is competent but nothing like the class of Ward or Froch, both of whom owned Arthur big time.

Stieglitz has improved over the years and is a better boxer than Abraham.

But Abraham has that one-punch KO power.

It's a 50-50 fight: decision win for Stieglitz or a KO win for Abraham?
