G-unit,Game and Loyd banks all dropped successful albums on 50 cents record label.Plus 50 cent has had successful clothing line which grossed hundreds of millions of dollars and his website "thisis50" is also doing well.

my point was that he's got great business acumen when it comes to promoting himself, but he's never been known to be a particularly positive influence on anyone else's career. mobb deep? m.o.p.? and he's almost as bad as jay-z for falling out with people.

TMT is not only owned by 50,its owned by 50 and Floyd Mayweather and Floyd Mayweather has a lot of experience in both the boxing sport and boxing business.Plus he has one of the best boxing advisors in Al Haymon and has Leonard Ellerbe who was a member of Mayweather Promotions.

Combine that with the fact that 50 has a very good track record in business and has the star power to attract a larger fan base to the sport shows that TMT has a lot of potential.

What does having positive influence have to do with being a successful promoter?Bob Arum and Don King are 2 of the most rotten promoters out there but also 2 of some of the most successful promoters out therebut both of them help maintain the sport popularity with the great fighters they promoted.
