Mikey got the W all that matters, if Salido wants a rematch he gets KO'd next time around! You can say Ortiz and Garcia both quit but the difference is Mikey was winning by a large margin and got 4 knockdowns in the process.

Here you go Mr.Philadel use this for your sig.!
Look at rosados face...and still fighting. The look at Garcias nose and face. Makes you wonder why they stopped the fight for one and the corner had to throw the towel in on the other. Both fighters get a thumb up for what they did IMO. No matter how beat up Rosado was...he kept fighting and didnt wanna quit!

I understand, I myself wanted Mikey to finish him off in the next rounds, I'd predicted an 11th rd stoppage but didn't get that far. The way I see it is Robert knew they were up on the cards so said **** it why fight with a broken nose that came from a headbutt when they can be safe and get the W! Now Rosado I give him props for heart and moving up in weight to take that beating for his HBO debut in front of his mom and local PR people. I told my dad after they robbed Burgos of the championship with a draw, that Rosado was going to get the beating because those bad judges that robbed Burgos!
Yeah, pretty simple stuff here don't see why there is even a discussion about it
I watched the fight, and I watched the entire scene in the corner. Mikey Garcia did not quit. The two doctors who examined him determined that he wasn't able to continue because his nose was broken due to a headbutt.
This is not remotely the same situation as Ortiz vs. Maidana.
