Sun Bowl, El Paso, Texas - WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (46-0-1, 32KOs) stopped Andy Lee (28-2, 20KOs) in seven rounds.

Lee started the fight by shooting a good jab to keep Chavez on the outside. In the second, Lee landed several hard punches but Chavez continued to come forward and he was walking through Lee's shots. They were trading very big shots at the end of the fourth. Chavez was starting to hurt Lee in the fifth with hard punches to the head and body.
