Arena TKT Box Tour, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - IBF super flyweight champion Juan Carlos Sanchez (16-2-1, 8 KOs) won a twelve round unanimous decision over former champion Juan Alberto “Topo” Rosas (36-7, 27 KOs) in a very good fight. After getting dropped in the first, Rosas took the fight to the champion. Sanchez, defending the title for the first time, did not tire and was able to keep up with a very high tempo set by Rosas. The scores were 118-109, 118-109 and 120-107.
