United States amateur star Edgar Alvarado, a middleweight out of San Bernardino, California signed a promotional contract with Top Rank, based in Las Vegas. Alvarado won numerous top tournaments and nearly clinched a spot on Team USA during the 2011 Olympic trials.

i know Edgar and he'll win a title in the future his dad was a decorated amatuer boxer from Gutemala, boxed pro in Mexico but left the sport to support his family
