I really like Molina, but I think Lara takes a rematch by UD.

I get this sneaky feeling Lara don't want it.

Molina disected the counter puncher's style...I don't think that Lara wants to dance with this cat again any time soon.

Having said that Mandingo by mid-round stopage if not is going to be a long nigth for him.
I think Lara would beat Mandingo warrior though.

Lara's having a hard time getting fights. He may as well rematch a guy some people think beat him; put it all to rest and bank a "W" in the process. Carlos is a good fighter and underrated, but the bout with Erislandy was a case of one fighter being more interested than the other. I'd welcome Lara-Molina II.

You probably know this already but you know Lara got a fight now in April right? Man I was so damn excited when I heard initially it was gonna be in Jersey on April 7th, I was ready to go. Now that **** is gonna be all the way in Mississippi under the Jermain Taylor fight.

I think Lara takes the rematch easily this time. Before Molina, Lara had 4 1st round KOs I believe and when I watched him fight Molina all I saw was Lara trying to get that 1 quick KO and it was pissing me off. Someone made a case that Ronnie wasn't training with him cause he was training Rigo and that he had some problems with a tooth but to me it looked like it was just Lara trying to end it quick instead of doing his boxing thing.

Yeah, Lara's fighting Hearns. I'm not excited about that one at all -- stay busy fight.

I thought Erislandy was lucky to get the draw against Carlos. I watched the fight just once, but Lara looked lethargic. Molina was out-hustling him, like a guy who wanted to win. Excuses don't mean a thing, but I do believe Erislandy was sleepwalking through that fight. I see Lara clearly winning a rematch.

Molina didn't allow Lara to get set, turning him and moving to his right away from the power hand. Molina would come in with a jab, followed with combos and back out. At times he would stay close to Lara on the inside ripping punches and while smothering Lara punches. Lara didn't use a effective jab and was only looking to counter with left.

Hey... as often as these Cuban fighters fight, even if he was fighting a Flyweight Id be excited to watch him lol. Thought being with GBP would get him fights more often but that hasn't been the case. I see the Hearns fight as a decent test, the dude is 6'3" I think while Lara is a midget next to him. Sort of Like he was vs Paul Williams. Then again it always feels to me like he's the shorter guy in his fights but he got that long right so .

You're right, our boys don't fight nearly as often as we'd like. Maybe I ought to be more excited about this fight. I'm just not. I want to see Erislandy versus top-ten comp. I wouldn't say anything less is a waste of time, but Lara has to make his career happen more quickly than most.
