So why, then, did you click on the article? We are a boxing news site, and that is not limited to the most famous or even the most relevant. A boxer who achieved enough success in his home country to matter, even merely locally and merely momentarily, is in legal trouble for a serious crime.

I think that this sort of news makes boxers look bad. As fans we know boxing isn't violent on the whole, it is a sport and a business. However when people see articles like these, particularly the ones who do not understand the sport, they assume violence.
