i think showtime is trying to protect there cash cow bute with all this idle talk of dirrell being a better fight.
and butes team is loving it with all this macho talk of him wanting to fight froch.

i dont know Phantom, dirrell is slick and long and could pose bute big problems. the thing about dirrell is he is really hard to hit flush and he dosent just rush in, as soon as bute rushes in he gets countered all night. i also think dirrell has been in with much better competition

Bute wants an easy fight. Froch has been shown to not fare well against boxers, he's the brawling kind. Even Taylor was beating him. Bute will dance around Froch all night. Dirrell is a bigger threat. It seems he has added mass on his layoff, which may translate into more power, which is what was lacking from his toolbox. The only thing that may play against Dirrell is his inactivity. I favor a 100% Dirrell over a 100% Bute.
