Cotto wants to get the most money out of his next fight. And like I posted before the sum he wants for Pac is close to 20Mills. And Floyd could offer him as much just to fuck with arum and Pacquiao.

Cotto aint dumb, he knows he is in a bidding war!!

The real winner of the failed negotiations is cotto because he gets a multimillion fight with either. Both are scrambling to make him their backup I guess to give them the edge.

Yeap, he will get paid, just for that reason alone!

He's a smart guy but the "smart" move might be to take the Pac rematch. He's not quite shooting the idea down, he just doesn't want to accept anything knowing that a fight with pac involves a great deal of negotiation.

I think the public would much rather see him against Mayweather or Canelo.

I totally agree, but the thing that is most holding up is that TR said they wanted to have Miguel undercontract and Miguel said no.

Miguel knows TR plans are for him to fight Chavez wich Cotto himself aint kin of the idea.

Marco Antonio rubio can actually end this problem by KOing Chavez, then you will see that Arum wont have any interest in Cotto. He would probably wants cotto to keep Manny from Floyd but thats about it!
