That is so lame. I love the guy but he obviously doesn't plan on getting in a "War".

Be honest you plan on dominating the guy with distance and speed and not getting hit at all.

I cant wait to not to see this Fight. The Cuban whose name is hard to spell Fights like an Amature and Ramos is scared to get hit. Hopefully one of these guys will become a Man and Fight

The header says, "war," but there are no quotations around the word, nor is Rigondeaux quoted as using the term in the article. What's lame is that the powers-that-be feel the need to hype a thread by making it seem that Rigo is promising a "war."

There's nothing like placing a big bet to make a "snoozer" interesting! lol What kind of odds did you get?

it was just under 2-1 on odds in favor of rigondeaux. I noticed the odds went up much more since them, so I'm glad I placed the bet when I did.

Good for you. I'm not crazy about the idea of betting two dollars to get one, but this is a pretty good bet -- close enough to even money and safe enough to be attractive. I think Rico's best chance is to score a KO. However, regardless of the Shimoda knockout, Ramos isn't a KO artist. And I just don't see Rico out-dueling Rigondeaux to a decision win.

                  Good luck!

I got -220 on Rigondeaux a couple of weeks ago. I felt like it should have been more around the -500 mark, so I felt like we were getting a TON of value on Rigo. It's since soared all the way up to -400.
