The former world flyweight champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA), Panama's Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (23-3, 18KOs), is prepared to return on March 15 against an opponent to be confirmed at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama. He's going to fight for the Latin flyweight title of the World Boxing Organization (WBO). After suffering two TKO defeats to Tyson Marquez in 2011, Concepcion hopes to face WBO champion Brian Viloria in 2012.
