Die hard Hopkins rider here, but Shaw is right. The fact is that Hopkins prefers a slow paced fight. And that's when Dawson is at his absolute best and Dawson at his absolute best is the best lightheavy in the world. Hopkins would have to put lots of pressure on Dawson to break his will, but B-Hop is not a pressure fighter. BTW Cloud beats Dawson!!

like I said before...the B.Hop base is the REALEST in the sport...no frauds allowed on this squad....unlike some other bases!!...good post bro!!....still don't think Hop faked the shoulder thing...I still think the ref overreacted to the oldman trying to get a extra point...thats all

Bernard Hopkins ain't not punk and he sure ain't afraid of Dawson.

Besides, if Dawson is so big and bad, why doesn't he move up in weight and fight bigger guys? Why is he wasting his time calling out Bernard (who's old enough to be his father)?

Don't get me wrong, I think Dawson is a good fighter with the potential to be great. But to achieve greatness, he has to fight guys far better -- and way younger -- than Bernard.
