  • Comments Thread For: Carlos Negron Returns on Feb. 3, Back at Cruiserweight

Carlos Negron (13-1 and 9KOs) will reprise his career in 2012 by returning to the cruiserweight division, where the fighter hopes become world champion while promising to train in the United States in order to secure better sparring. I've had the DIS-pleasure of seeing him in "action" on a few occasions. He's really a good kid, polite and humble, but he's in the WRONG profession. In his case boxing should be no more than just a HOBBY, nothing more. He just aint cut out for fighting anyone above the C/D level. Maybe he can improve on his skills a tiny bit in the states but he's FRAGILE and will have to be labled: HANDLE WITH CARE!! They will very CAREFULLY 'fatten' his record then sacrifice him when convenient.
