looking forward to seeing how talented he is on the 20th but realistically i just don't understand how someone who will have 9 fights after the ramos fight should or would get a title shot.

He's already like 31, at the peak with his skills. It's not like he's an 18, 19, or even 20 year old pro, who has no experience and has years to develop. He came over late, much later than Gamboa, it's time. If he beats Ramos and does it in convincing fashion, it will be truly funny to hear the Donaire fans say how Rigo doesn't deserve a shot at Donaire. I have no doubt in my mind that Arum will line Nonito up with Arce after Wilfredo Jr.

Donaire-Rigondeaux, Broner-Gamboa, Lopez-Garcia...these are the fights I want to see from 122-130 the most this year.

Rigo needs to fight like 4 bums per year. No Champion is going to risk their belt vs. a dangerous fighter with less than 10 fights.

To be fair, he's not your average pro with 9 fights.

I wouldn't put Donaire in there with Rigondeaux, although Donaire is fully capable of winning.

Just a tricky fight where he will likely not look good. It could actually be quite similar to the Narvaez fight but with a lot more danger, because Donaire will likely try to just out work him and against a craftsman boxer even a smaller one that can be a dangerous proposition.

If Donaire fights smarter than the Narvaez fight he would stand a good chance of winning however, might win anyways but it wouldn't be pretty.

I dont think that Rigo is going to get passed Rico....Im not saying this because I hate the guy, or that he sucks, or blah blah... I just think that Rico is going to outbox him..and please dont say,"he was losing against Shimoda!" because Shimoda throws much more than Rigo, not only that, I just feel he will win a UD...

Rigondeaux sure is boring but probably the most taleted guy between 122-130. That being said I still think Donaire outworks him. He has the reach/size, the speed/quickness, the power to intimidate/hurt him and definitely has the skill. I dont think Nonito will look spectacular but then again I dont think anyone between under 130 will look good against Guillermo.
