Former champion Eric Morel (46-2, 23KOs) is very upset with WBO bantamweight king Jorge 'Travieso' Arce. Morel and his team members became angry after BoxingScene.com's recent report, which disclosed the Mexican champion's plan to have a rematch with Lorenzo Parra of Venezuela on February 18 in Durango, Mexico. Morel is also upset with the WBO for sanctioning the fight, considering that Parra is not ranked in the top ten of any sanctioning body.

Morel is beatable. I feel like Penalosa whipped him and got jobbed.

They are clearly milking Arce's title for all it's worth since he's a fan favorite, but he's past his prime by about 3 years now (WV2 didn't mean he's back or anything)
