Really? Wow...I think that's crazy...I think JCC Jr-Rubio is a very solid fight. And, no means is it a winnable fight for JCC Jr...Rubio can absolutely beat him.
And, I think the winner of the fight has a better case to be challenging Martinez.Comment

i'd rather see chavez/rubio or martinez/rubio than martinez/chavez. if chavez doesn't face martinez though, he should vacate that belt, perhaps sulaiman can give him the diamond one. that way, the winner of chavez/rubio would be in line to face martinez instead of the other way around.Comment

This is just Bob Arum's media machine at work.
it was 1st posted on fight news.com but the artice has no author. Arum's just sneaking an article out there to change the narrative, which he's very good at.
I still don't think Chavez jr is Martinez's true target, I think it's Cotto. the WBC gave Martinez leverage against Arum and I believe his team is using it to force a fight with Cotto. because of Pacquiao nobody's had leverage over Arum for awhile and he'll been doing as he pleases. totally ruining the sport.
HBO wanted Cotto vs Martinez, Arum didn't like it and wanted Cotto vs Mayorga. so what did Arum do when HBO stood up and said no to Cotto vs Mayorga, he took Pacquiao to Showtime. HBO lost a ton of money and Greenburg was fired. so now HBO totally sucks Arum's c,ock and allows him to put on any kind of garbage he wants.
maybe Jose Sulaiman will hold his ground and force Arum into handing over Cotto to save Chavez. it's a game of chicken, just hope Sulaiman has the balls to play Arum's bluffComment
