Comments Thread For: Robert Guerrero: Ward-Froch Scorecard Was Ridiculous

Former champion Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero, now known as the prediction king, continued his streak of picking winners with last Saturday's super middleweight fight between Andre Ward and Carl Froch at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Ward won a twelve round unanimous decision to unify the WBA/WBC titles and claimed the Super Six cup. Guerrero picked Ward by way of a dominating performance. The final scores, unanimous for Ward, were a bit odd. Two judges scored 115-113 for Ward, while the British judged scored it 118-110, a more realistic story of the fight.

Is this Guerrero's way of staying in the public's eye by putting interviews of him on a boxing forum instead of actualy fighting in the ring?

Guerrero was spot on, said Ward would dominate but judges will have it closer.

Guerrero is another American that will start cleaning up soon.

I'd still like to see him fight Maidana. Easy work.

He is just getting over an injury.

Guerrero knows the game inside out, and has picked every recent upset.

If he gets the slightest sniff of a Mayweather fight, watch him flatly refuse any other offer, just like Bradley did, after which he will immediately be called a ducking b1tch by many posters on this site..... even though that scenario is highly out-of-character..... as it was with Bradley

How the *** can you score 4 of the first 5 rounds to Froch, and still retain your job?
