Valeuv earned it? By getting a gift decision from Euro judges. Who has he fought that he deserves a shot at the WBA title? Larry Donald? He's right, he doesnt pick his opponents, Don King does. Ruiz should hope he doesnt have to fight Wladimir, Vitali or Toney again because of the embarrasment those fights would encompass.
