Comments Thread For: Mundine's Take: I Felt Sorry For Danny Green in KO Loss

Former champion Anthony Mundine displayed his softer side when asked for his thoughts on Danny Green's recent knockout loss. The two boxers have been rivals for many years and rarely have anything nice to say about each other. Mundine decisioned Green in 2006, when both were super middleweights, in the most lucrative fight to ever take place in Australia.

Can't see where he goes from here. He's too small for the top Cruisers (although he did great against Flores) & he ain't exactly a nipper either.

Unless he has a crossroads match up with Brad Pitt or Oz/Nz area rivalry bout with Shane Cameron there's not much out there for him.

honestly nobody that has met Mundine in person has a bad thing to say about him, he really is a top bloke but he knows how to sell tickets, this is boxing after all.
