Junior middleweight "Golden" Jack Culcay (9-0, 5KOs) will take on Italian Giammario Grassellini on Saturday in Helsinki on the undercard to Alexander Povetkin vs. Cedric Boswell. Culcay was sponsored by Universum in the amateurs and turned pro with them in 2009. Universum lost their TV partner in 2010 and Jack and his management have claimed breach of contract. Earlier in the fall, a regional court in Hamburg ruled in favor of Universum. Still, Culcay will fight on Saturday and Universum are threatening legal action against both Jack Culcay and Sauerland Event, the lead promoter of Saturday's event. The strength of Unbiversum's case remains to be seen.
