You still don't ****ing get it

Pacquiao only has to prove he was defamed, he doesn't have to prove any financial loss. He can do that easily. He can also prove that his reputation was damaged and therefore his potential earning power decreased by just showing this site and youtube pages (nicknames like 'pacroid' didn't exist before Floyd's campaign).

And if Pacquiao's legal counsel is filing for $5-$10 mil+, then there's a reason for that- that's the amount they are expecting the court to rule for.

And like I said before and as you have proven in our correspondence, you are talking out of your ass. You speak matter-of-factly about something whose basics you still can't comprehend. You clearly still can't grasp the simple difference between compensatory and punitive damages. But you already know how this will all play out and that it's no big deal despite what the judge himself says.

    Whatever floats your boat

      Whateva.
Judge/juries would look at the context of the damage. It ain't worth that much. Keep on dreaming.

I was about to offer that point. Lol. Look at the ***** jealous moda***ing idots who never get tired of talking about Pac juicing without proof. If that's not damage enough, I don't know what is. Sue the bastards.

I don't agree with Floyd's comments but it's too bad Pac didn't take Frazier's (RIP) approach and shut the loudmouth up in the ring and there is no doubt that Ali's comments did more damage to Joe than Floyd's have done to Pac.
