Groves keeps going round saying he "bashed up James DeGale" when in reality, he ran round the ring like a puzzy all night and stole a gift decision.

Fair enough, the decision was close and could have gone either way but all fair play to him. DeFail would have said something along those lines as well but Groves has constantly said he wants to move on - the only reason why he mentioned DeFail is because the interviewers are always going on about the rematch. What is Groves supposed to say - "Oh, I already beat him". I'm sure "beat" and "bashed" mean the same thing especially from the tone of his voice. He did not steal a gift decision.

Of course he did. He ran around throwing as few punches as possible, engaging as little as possible. Thats not what "bashing someone up" is. Typical bum ass Adam Booth tactics. Admittedly DeGale didnt adapt to them as well as he should've because of his own bum trainer.

I think Degale whoops Groves in a rematch, I think Groves got lucky in a close fight that could have gone either way in the first fight. I actually thought Degale won the first fight, but it was close enough for it not to go Degales way.

I'd be shocked if Groves accepts a rematch against Degale this soon.

I love how people are calling a close fight a gift!
Groves must be the only person in history to get a gift on a Warren show , degale knew he could only beat groves if he engaged with him all the time that's why he was always ****ing on about it in the build up , groves knew the perfect tactics and only made it close by engaging at times

dear james 'i've no plan b' degale, people don't like you because you're a prize bellend. if you backed your mouth up with your fists, then people might overlook the fact that you're a tit. but instead, you're like a poorman's david haye - and that's saying something.

groves signing with warren was a bad move imo. i think warren is just itching to get these to back in so then degale and rectify that loss asap. the poison dwarf will always favour degale over groves.
