Comments Thread For: Lucian Bute Dominates Glen Johnson Easy Over Twelve

Although several fighters like Mikkel Kessler, Peter Quillin and Kelly Pavlik are ducking Lucian Bute, Glen "The Road Warrior" Johnson is willing to fight him.

Props to Glen - if all boxers were like him and willing to fight anybody, boxing would be a better sport.

If Johnson fights Bute, who will win?

Bute by lopsided decision win. Bute knows Johnson like the back of his hand, they've sparred recently. You can say the same thing about Johnson knowing Bute well but I think Johnsons style favors Bute greatly. Its just a pressure fighter trying to hit Bute similar to Andrade but with a better defense.

I voted Glen by decision, but most likely Glen wins 7 rounds, and the judges give Bute the decision.

              Glen has been slowly declining.

I think Bute wins a wide UD.

It probably looks a lot like Dawson-Johnson II.

I think Johnson will test Bute more than Brinkley, Mendy and Magee did, but Lucian will win a hard-fought decision.
