      Hopkins & Toney > Barrera

Morales was shot, Marquez wasn't beaten decisively, Cotto is a career paper titlist who never won a legitimate title, DLH and Mosley were SHOT

The versions of McCallum & Hill that Jones beat > 98% Pac's resume.

Also, Jones fought 66 pounds outside of his original weight class (160 to 226) while Juiceiao moved up about half of that weight from flyweight to 150.
      juiceiao?

      in no order
      jones
      hopkins
      pacquiao
      mayweather
      toney
      lewis

      barrera

i'm sure if i had more time to think about it, it'd be a better list, but that's what i came up with for now.

I still don't understand how the hell is Jones Jr. ranked so high up on many people's list. Even Hopkins has a better legacy than him in my opinion.
