    Staples Center, Los Angeles - Saturday's HBO Pay-Per-View left a lot of fans screaming robbery. For the second consecutive HBO Pay-Per-View, thousands of boxing fans spent their hard-earned money to watch a controversial early ending to a main event. Chad Dawson (31-1, 18KOs) stopped Bernard Hopkins (52-6-2, 32KOs) in the second round to capture the WBC light heavyweight title. Hopkins, citing a shoulder injury, was unable to continue.

      This is boxing - whenever you buy a PPV you risk seeing a fight cut short on injury. . . THis is a legit injury. . . It's happened before, and it'll happen again. . . If somehow it's proven to be fake, then Hopkins should be criminally prosecuted along with the dr. (If there is a possible way to construe a state or federal statute or common law). . .

                          No wonder HBO said that Shaw wasn't worried about the California commission, or Pat Russell. Now that Hopkins injury has been confirmed and with the power of GBP, the decision will be reversed and Hopkins will still be champ. Take that mutt Dawson up to Canada to fight other mutt...
