  • Comments Thread For: Brandon Rios Likely Heading To Cotto-Margarito Bill

According to network sources, WBA lightweight champion Brandon Rios (28-0-1, 21KOs) will not headline a Showtime televised date of December 10th. Besides the televised date in December, Rios was also being postioned for the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez undercard on November 12 in Las Vegas, but now it appears Rios is a likely candidate for the Miguel Cotto-Antonio Margarito undercard, which happens on December 3rd at New York's Madison Square Garden. HBO Pay-Per-View will carry Cotto-Margarito.

Nice little card shaping up here. Hopefully they put Rios in with someone who comes forward and has a chin.

Anyone else take this as a suttle sign that Arum and (based on putting Conelo in their undercard) and De La Hoya r starting to GET IT.... Good undercards for their PPV's?
