                  I don't give credit where its not due. Pacquiao would win against Ortiz if Ortiz came in at 145lbs. Aside from that Pacquiao has not taken any chances. He isn't letting a prime young champion come in at 164lbs. He never has and never will.

                  If Pacquiao wants to be seen as taking on those kinds of challenges then he has to actually take on those kinds of challenges.

                  Saying that Pacquiao could beat someone outweighing him by 20lbs and Pacquiao actually doing it are two very different things.

                  If Pac can do it, let him prove it. Because he sure as hell hasn't so far.
