Greg Robinson, CEO of Power Productions, has been voted Philadelphia’s Promoter of the Year for the past three years. On Friday his last offering of the year was presented at the National Guard Armory with five bouts for the fans. Oronde Dawley, a Junior Lightweight who has had many problems securing an opponent, finally got an 8-round victory against Justo Sanchez to remain undefeated. Sanchez shook off two small cuts, one near each eye, and proved to be a durable foe for the sharp and wound-up Dawley. Oronde, now 11-0-1, was just too busy and accurate and cruised to a unanimous decision. [details]
