Comments Thread For: Wladimir Klitschko-Jean Marc Mormeck Clash in Talks?

There are multiple reports coming out of Germany, stating that Jean Marc Mormeck (36-4, 22KOs) is under serious consideration to face IBF/IBO/WBO/WBA heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (56-3, 49KOs) on December 10th at the ESPRIT arena in Düsseldorf, Germany. Mormeck has been inactive since last December's decision win over Timur Ibragimov.

They must be very desperate to get a fight scheduled if Mormeck is the only available opponent.

Dimitrenko, Arreola or Povetkin would be the best choices but they are not available.

          - Arreola wants the fight in 2012 not this year, according to Dan Rafael

          - Dimitrenko fights on Sep 24 and would want more time to prepare

          - Povetkin is a coward

Boytsov, Helenius, Fury, Mitchell, Wilder, Pulev, Price etc are not ready for a Klitschko fight yet.

Get Andrew Bynum in the ring. I've heard he's available...

Well, will probably get a brutal KO because Mormeck comes to fight and Haye already put him down in a war. Haye and Mormeck had a war with each other. I'd actually probably wouldn't mind seeing Haye and Mormeck rematch each other at heavyweight. But that probably would be pointless if Wlad puts a beating on Mormeck.
