Joe Cortez will prevent any close quarter boxing. I bet Ortiz will never see the inside pocket of Duckweather's parameter with Joe Cortez "fair but I'm firm" refereeing.

I will now watch how many times Joe Cortez breaks the fight before any fight ever happens especially when Ortiz is on the offensive.
