With the amount of corruption, border jumping, and drugs--you would think Marquez came from an atheist country....interesting.

      "attends mass...."

Post a pic of Marquez and that's about it.

      Yea, sure.

Those two pictures could be about anything. For all I know this story is fabricated and fake due to no supporting photographic shots as evidence.

marquez is a devout catholic. remember on 24/7 - him and his family appear to be the "regular church-goers". A lot of mexican boxers are religious - as noted by their rocking of the rosary.

haha also funny FYI: marquez's oldest son appears to be a cry-baby/spoiled-rotten whiner. remember when they were doing a promo at the mexican national team's game - and his son was like "but i don't wanna do it!" in that annoying spoiled whiny voice. and he looked like he was about to start crying and marquez was like "no, no! none of that!"

I am not trying to turn this into a religious debate, but just because someone does not follow your beliefs of a supernatural diety, does not make them a bad human being. Its about how you choose to live your life, the good you do in life, and the memories you leave behind to be remembered in a positive way. Whether you do it to impress your diety, or just because you choose to be positive. I know plenty of god worshippers who live very negative lifestyles, and i know atheist who have a very negative outlook on life. Personally I do not believe in the whole creation thing, but I have no beef with people who do. Just live a positive life, and be a positive person, thats something our planet needs more of. Sorry for the rant jnapoli but that dude didnt deserve to be a called a fool because he do not follow your beliefs.
