Manilla, Philippines --- The kick-off press conference of the Pacquiao-Marquez III World Press Tour took place Saturday in Manila with superstar Manny Pacquiao and three-division world champion Juan Manuel Marquez along with Hall of Fame Top Rank promoter Bob Arum and Mexican promoter Fernando Beltran.
