fres should win this fight as i don't have much faith in banks at HW.this is his toughest test yet.he had it tough vs gavern & couldn't take out saul montana his last fight.it's 10 rounds but im not sure if banks NABF title is on the line or not.banks does spar lots with the klitschkos so we will see what he has come fight night...oquendo i think will actually finally win a decision...well maybe

WAR BANKS! This would be a good win for him and would probably catapult him into some big fights.

Banks was just an ok cruiserweight, Oquendo never got beyond being an "ok" heavyweight. Winner will serve as nothing more than an opponent for someone else. Lets hope it's not against a champion.
