i've aways liked green the man

he's a smart guy. id like to see him perhaps calling fights on espn or something similar when he's done fighting. i hope that's a trend that keeps repeating. i understand it's an expense to the networks, but i've found often that fighters do a great job as a third man to a broadcast team

andre ward sounded like he had been calling fights for years when he was on espn recently.
      anyway

i've always felt green would be better suited at 175 or perhaps even cruiserweight

he's huge in terms of his frame. and he's got good power. maybe he'll be more durable at 175. i don't think a few lbs will hurt the guy, and i don't think he will be completely outclassed physically at 175

he was a vegetarian i believe, just to make 168
      not healthy

i couldn't tell who was more weight drained, he or johnson, when they fought at 68.

green also had a horrible stomach problem (i think he has had a good portion of his colon removed,) so you gotta pull for him. thats an extra hardship to endure on top of the hard life you live being a pro boxer.

i wish alan the best of luck
he's still got a great finishing barrage on his resume as well. he'll have that for the rest of his life.
knockout of the year according to ring magazine against, cough, Jaidon codrington .

Green has no credibility as a fighter and zero relevance.
